Item was late because it got lost somewhere which wasn’t their fault, but it came a week later than they said it would when it finally did come. I asked for a refund and idk if they didn’t see that or what. Unfortunately I had to open a case against them as I needed my refund. They were very nice and they said that apparently they were on vacation for a while and weren’t able to get to do stuff, but that’s kinda something they should have informed me of as I believe they might have written that just so Etsy would see it and feel bad.
